What do you think of Vince Cable and Immigration?

In my company we have employed two IT staff from Nepal and Pakistan at a rate of about 15 or 20% less than we'd have to pay the equivalently qualified British born staff. I'm not agreeing with it - but that's just plain economics - a business will pay as little for as much as it can get.
