Is Blue Buffalo Spa Cuisine dry a good choice for my cat?

or is it junk? I heard Blue Buffalo is good but the "Spa" makes it sound like its got junk in there that will make it taste better but not necessarily be healthy. Theres no by products but theres "meal" I had her on the Wellness Kitten food when she was a baby but she really was not eating too much of it So I was giving her the Purina One Kitten which I didn't really like giving her but at least she was eating.
