Now that this healthcare bill was ped, should i re-apply for medicaid?

"But the bill would also offer subsidies to help individuals who earn too much to get coverage under an expansion of the government's Medicaid program but under 400 percent of the US federal poverty level, which in 2009 stood at earnings of US$22,000 per year for a family of four." I'm 23, I was on medicaid when I had my daughter two years ago. I was recently dropped. I went to re-apply for medicaid but was denied because I "make too dropped. I went to re-apply for medicaid but was denied because I "make too much money". I only work part time and for me to get insurance it would prob cost me half of my monthly wages leaving me covered, yes, but unable to pay all of my bills. That was an excerpt from an article I found. I am under the 22,000 in wages per year that they mentioned. Now that this new bill was ped does this mean I might be eligible and should once again go and apply for medicaid? might be eligible and should once again go and apply for medicaid? Thanking everyone in advance for any responses..
