Im backpacking in Europe with my brother and sister. What are places, things we should NEVER miss?

We're planning to go to Belfast, London, Paris, Rome, Greece, and Amsterdam. I still have no idea where to go and what to do even though ive been there once. Any places, we have to see or things to do? Were also in a budget and planning to stay 2 days per country.
