How can I improve & attract more people to my blog ( http://blogforall-bony.blo.com/ )?

I have created a blog( http://blogforall-bony.blo.com/ ) recently.But I am not getting any visitors at all. So, what am I supposed to do? I want people to come to my blog and share their comments with me.if you can, please help me in this regard. Thank you.
