Does anyone else not get it?

Well, I don't really think the vampire aspect is the main appeal to it. I'm a Twilight fan myself and I think personally the romance and the tension is the appeal. The vampire stuff just provides some cool, unexpected scenes. I know there will be a lot of answers talking about how much Twilight is a vampire disgrace or something but I honestly tried to answer this honestly. I hope this cleared something up.
