What do you think of Georgia's proposal to clify Miscarriages as Murder?

This is the first time I have heard of it but, it puts a tremendous amount of emotional pressure on any female who has miscarried naturally and, is devastated by her loss. Not to be confused with those females who view abortion as some sort of warped reverse contraception replacement.
