Question about Grafitti artist Banksy? Does he ALWAYS tag his work with his signature?

There is a new mureal appeared outside my work, on the peace wall in Belfast. Looks a lot like Banksy, is similar to his other work-but it isnt tagged 'Banksy'. Could it be his?
