Can smaller submission specialist like Matt Hughes and Kazushi "The Gracie Hunter" Sakuraba make Brock tap?

Yes they could definately make him tap but the weight difference is a big problem. The thing with Lesnar is that even after the fight with Mir, we really don't have a good handle on what he's capable of.
